This is where your custom home is built on paper, appraised, and taken to the bank for owner builder financing. During this phase, everything is designed, specifications are put in place, selections are made, and you put together all the information required to build your home.

Jana provides construction consulting services to all owner-builder clients during the entire construction process to assist in successfully building your new home. Think of construction "driver's education," where you are in the driver's seat, but you have an expert next to you telling you what to look out for and what your next move will be. Plus, we'll provide you with 25 expert third-party code inspections... something you will not get with a custom home builder or other owner-builder company.
